The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering SSN College of Engineering, Chennai,has Organised the Faculty Development Program " VLSI Design " on 15th December to 21st December 2016 .  

Who can apply ? 

Faculty teaching VLSI related courses and Research Scholars in the field of VLSI from various Engineering Colleges with relevant back round can apply.

Combinational Logic Circuit 
Sequential Logic Circuit Design
Memory Circuits
Adders, Multipliers, Dividers and Barrel Shifters
Low Power Circuit Design 
Full Custom and Semicuston Design Principles 
ASIC and FPGA Design Principles 
Introduction to VHDL & VerilogHDL
Hands on Training on  
Xilinx Based FPGA Prototyping for Adders, Multipliers, Counters and State Machines.   
Differential Amplifier Design and ASIC Design using Cadence/Tanner Tool.  
Research Opportunities in the field of VLSI

Registration Fee  Details : 

Rs. 2750/- with accommodation & Rs. 2000/- without accommodation 

The registration fee should be paid by DD in favour of "The Principal, SSN College of Engineering " payable at Chennai .

Note : 

Registration fee includes registration kit with course materials, lunch and refreshment for all seven days.  

Accommodation will be provided to the participants in the college hostels.  

The number of participant is limited (30) only .
