Anna University - Professor Malpractice in Paper Revaluation came to light

Anna University had appointment a committee with three members to look into the issue that some students who had failed in the exams were given pass marks by few assistant professor.

The Three members names were kept secret.

The assistant professor (College of Engineering, Guindy) had revaluate 18 subjects in a single day for a single student, he had given pass marks of 50 to 60 marks to all 18 subjects.

The assistant professor was forced by higher-ups to do this malpractice and he had apologised for his illegal activity to the Chief Minister’s Cell.

The same issue was already happen by another assistant professor who was forced to give pass work in paper evaluating for the 2009 - 2010 examination.
