For attention of Ph.D. and M.E. (Part-time) candidates:
Ph.D. candidates and M.E. (Part-time) candidates of Anna University of Technology Chennai appearing for the Jan./Feb.2012 examinations are requested to follow the instructions furnished below:
1. Those eligible candidates who have undergone coursework along with semester PG students and certain candidates undergone course work along with 3id semester PG students are required to appear for the examinations conducted by Anna University. Hall tickets for the candidates have already been dispatched to the colleges. They have to follow the time-table published by Anna University in its website (www.annauniv.edu) at the examination centre mentioned in the Hall Ticket (i.e. Madras Institute of Technology, Chrompet, Chennai).
2. All the other eligible candidates are required to appear for the examinations conducted by Anna University of Technology Chennai at the University premises, CPT campus, Tharamani, Chennai as per the time table published by AUTC in its website (www.annatech.ac.in). The Hall tickets for these candidates will be issued shortly at the AUTC University office. The dates of issue of hail tickets will be announced in the AUTC website.
3. Candidates are required to appear for the examination as mentioned in the Hall ticket.
Requests for change of venue and change of date will not be entertained.
4. The candidates are requested to affix their photograph at the appropriate place in hail ticket and get it attested by the concerned Principal / Director — Research, AUTC before appearing for the examinations. Without the attested photographs. they will not be permitted to appear for the examinations.
