(Conduct of 2nd Annual Convocation of the University)The 2nd Annual Convocation of the KLE Academy of Higher Education & Research (KLE Deemed University) will be held on Saturday, the 12th November 2011 in Dr. B.S.Jirge Auditorium, JNMC Campus, Belgaum-590 010, Karnataka.
1. The students declared successful in the University examinations of health science faculties conducted till July 2011 pertaining to the Degrees of Under-Graduate, Post-Graduate (Degree / Diploma), Post-Doctoral courses (DM/M.Ch) Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D), Allied Courses and Fellowship Programs are eligible to apply and receive the Certificates in person during the Convocation.
2. Application forms in the prescribed format are available on the University website www.kleuniversity.edu.in
3. Convocation fee should be paid in the form of Demand Draft to the
‘Registrar, KLE University’ payable at Belgaum, Karnataka. If the Convocation fee has been already paid along-with final year examination fee, a Certificate to that effect issued by the Institution shall be enclosed along-with the application form.
4. In case the Certificates are to be sent to the personal addresses by post, the applicants shall remit an extra fee of Rs.200/- by Demand Draft (drawn in favour of Registrar, KLE University payable at Belgaum) towards postal charges.
5. Students should clearly write their names in English in the Application form as recorded in the marks-cards. If any correction in the name is required, the present name and the corrected name should be stated clearly substantiated by supportive documents.
Documents to be enclosed along-with the Application form:
a) Certified copies of the marks-cards and the Internship Completion Certificate
(if applicable).
