Central Cottage Industries Corporation of India Ltd (CCIC) invites application from eligible candidates for the post of Management Trainee in the Discipline of Human Resource / Marketing and Sales / Publicity and PR / Market Research and Analysis / Design and Development / Merchandising on the consolidated amount of Rs.18000 PM in 1st years and Rs.20000 PM in Second year.
Candidates who have all required qualifications and experience for the post may apply in prescribed format and send their application to the General Manager of Central Cottage Industries Corporation within 21 days from the publication of this notification. More details are given below:
Vacancy Details:
Post Name: Management Trainee
Total Vacancy: 12 Posts for various disciplines for Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru
Department wise vacancy details:
1. Institutional Sales / Marketing – 05 – (Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai and Bengaluru)
2. Exports / Marketing – 01 – (Delhi)
3. Visual Merchandising – 01 (Delhi)
4. Design and Product Development – 01 (Delhi)
5. Human Resource – 01 (Delhi)
6. Publicity and PR – 01 (Delhi)
7. Market Research and Analysis – 01 (Delhi)
Emoluments:
Consolidated Emolument of Rs.18000 Per month will be paid in 1st years and Rs.20000 Per month will be paid in 2nd years. Selected candidates will be paid TA / DA as per CCIC Rule
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing / Handlooms / Textile with 60% Marks from a University Recognized by University Grant Commission or any Reputed Institute
Or
Master of Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma which should be equivalent to Master of Business Administration in Merchandising / Marketing / Retailing / Publicity and PR / HR with 60% Marks from a university recognized by University Grant Commission or any Reputed Institute
Age limit:
Candidates who are applying for the post of Management Trainee should not be older than 28 years as on 01/01/2011
Application Fees:
Candidates who are going to apply for the post of Management trainee are required to pay application fees of Rs.200 in favour of “Central Cottage Industries Corporation of India Ltd”, Payable at New Delhi. Applicants who belong to SC / ST / OBC category are required to pay application fees of Rs.100 in favour and payable at same as above.

2. Fill up the application with proper details, paste a latest passport size photograph, put their signature to the space provided in the application form and send it in a super scribed envelop with the words “Application for the post of..” to the following address
